As our Scientific & Product Marketing Manager, Research, you will be a vital part of a collaborative team that bridges science, creativity, and business. You’ll create value-driven content, craft compelling campaigns, and contribute to the success of innovative research products in the global marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop and manage marketing plans for research products.
- Shape core positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies to enable sales success.
- Represent marketing in product launch planning and teams.
- Create and Share Scientific Content:
- Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling market messages.
- Write impactful scientific content such as whitepapers, pitch decks, etc.
- Develop sales collaterals in collaboration with Creative Marketing Development.
- Campaign Collaboration:
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to develop digital campaigns.
- Support events with engaging booth experiences, interactive tools, and collateral.
- Customer-Centric Development:
- Conduct VOC, research, and focus groups to refine product strategies.
- Develop and optimize customer journey maps for maximum engagement and impact.
- Scientific Leadership:
- Manage the Research Scientific Advisory Board to drive thought leadership and innovation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education & Expertise:
- Advanced degree in life sciences (medicine, biology, or related field).
- Deep industry experience, especially in Spatial biology, tissue research, digital pathology and image analysis.
- Skills & Mindset:
- Scientific mindset, but commercially savvy.
- Exceptional writing skills for crafting scientific and marketing content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal Excellence:
- Strong communicator, adept at working with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive problem solver and creative thinker who thrives in a team environment.
- Proven Success:
- Ideally demonstrated experience in successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to lead with confidence in a dynamic landscape.
