The role
Role basics
- Position: approx. 35 hours per week
- Work location: Klareboderne 1, central Copenhagen
- Reporting to: Kirstine Wiencke, Executive Assistant & Office Manager
The role you’ll play
You will have an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and support the organisation in everything related to office management. In this interesting role, you will assist and handle enquiries from the entire AIP team located in our offices in Copenhagen (HQ), London, Madrid, and New York City, while being responsible for the day-to-day office management tasks with your two OA colleagues.

The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of an Office Management team in the infrastructure investment industry. This accommodating team is formed by an Executive Assistant & Office Manager responsible for the team of three Office Assistants, all located in AIP’s Copenhagen Office. In addition, you will also be a part of AIP’s diverse student team with a strong community with various sports, social and afterwork activities.
If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…
- Ensuring the office is presentable, this includes upkeeping the meeting rooms, kitchenettes and common areas.
- Welcoming external guests and helping them with any enquiries they may have
- Plan and execute social events, i.e., Christmas Party, Team Days, Friday Drinks, DHL Relay Race, Friday Breakfast, etc.
- Maintaining pantry and office inventory.
- Remove our lunch which is externally catered.
- Handle daily post and packages.
- Assist the Executive Assistant & Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks for senior management and support colleagues with various administrative tasks.

- You have graduated gymnasium and are in your sabbatical year(s).

- An ability to be proactive and optimise daily tasks as needed.
- A great knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
