You will join Group Stakeholder Relations
As our new Global Engagement Advisor, you will join Group Stakeholder Relations and play an essential role in positioning Ramboll as a provider of solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
You will be based at the Ramboll Head Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and work closely with a team of colleagues across our markets and geographies.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Organize Ramboll’s participation in global policy engagement activities, including UN-led summits, conferences, roundtable discussions and industry events
- Coordinate Ramboll’s global partnerships, memberships and sponsorships
- Screen, prioritize and respond to incoming invitations
- Facilitate internal collaboration and alignment between corporate functions and business units
- Contribute to the creation of key thought leadership materials
- Produce key communication assets, including speeches, talking points and presentations, for Ramboll’s senior leadership
- Build networks to promote and protect Ramboll’s interests
- Monitor industry topics related to Ramboll’s core areas of expertise

- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Danish is not required)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Experience in planning and organizing global engagements, such as COP
- Strong track record in planning, coordination and project management
- International experience and global thinking, obtained through previous positions, ideally in a large multinational company, think tank, government body or international organization
- Academic background: Master’s level degree in communications, political science or a related field of study from a leading university
