Welcome to the Danish Digital Sales and Engagement team. We add value by creating great customer experiences in our digital channels: at nordea.dk, in our app and NetBank, and in various external channels. As our Personalization Specialist, you will play a central role in driving Nordea’s digital presence and deliver tailored customer experiences.

About this opportunity
Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for personalization across different channels and touchpoints.
  • Create and implement personalization strategies.
  • Segment audience and deliver targeted campaigns.
  • Be a champion for data-driven decision making; leverage analytics data and web KPIs to measure and report on the business impact of your personalization efforts.
  • Generating insights reports of personalization with set success criteria, develop additional relevant insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders including local managers, product owners, UX designers, analysts, marketing managers, and CRO specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in personalization efforts.

Who you are

The ideal candidate has an analytical and customer centric mindset and is naturally inquisitive about identifying and implementing personalization across Nordea.dk and other channels. You will focus on analysing user data to identify patterns, behaviours and preferences in order to define personalized content, offers and recommendations for these segments.

Developing an understanding of audience segments and journeys using existing data and customer behaviour insight research is key to this role.

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience working as an growth personalization specialist or optimization specialist, ideally within a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.

Background & skills:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: personalization, conversion rate optimization, digital customer experience analytics, and A/B or multivariate testing program management.
  • Strong analytics skills and data-driven approach with solid commercial experience.
  • Understanding of personalization algorithms and recommendation tools.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and audience targeting.
  • Strong technical skills like SQL and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with tools such Optimizely, GA4 Experimentation or Adobe Target.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer is considered a plus.
  • You are self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
