HR Strategy Partner for CFO & Compliance
As an HR Strategy Partner in Group HR, you will be part of a dedicated team advising the Top Management in CFO & Compliance area of Danske Bank. Working closely with the Management Team to deliver on our strategic people agenda. You will ensure implementation in the organisation in collaboration with the broader HR organisation.
You will join a close-knit, motivated team where we aim to excel in our performance and prioritise having fun while doing so. The team consists of 10 people with deep knowledge in their specific HR areas, characterised by support, encouragement, and best practice collaboration.
Our key goal is to strengthen the link between our core business and HR, ensuring significant impact from the HR initiatives we launch. We achieve this by being fact-based and data-driven, always focusing on value creation. This also involves close collaboration with the business we support and various internal subject matter experts from Group HR.
Develop and drive the HR strategy in Danske Bank
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Strategy Partner to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of strength, warmth, and agility to engage with executive members at Danske Bank. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision and the ability to quickly translate business ambitions into actionable HR initiatives.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior executives, particularly in the CFO and Compliance areas, by translating business ambitions into concrete HR initiatives.
- Drive and implement the Group HR strategy within the bank, collaborating closely with the new CFO to establish a Forward28 HR agenda.
- Support the strategic people agenda by providing direct support to C-Suite, enabling them to unleash people engagement through coaching, sparring, and leadership development activities.
- Facilitate leadership development activities and workshops to support business requirements, challenge the status quo, and provide meaningful HR insights.
Solid strategic understanding and stakeholder management skills

You possess solid collaboration skills and the ability to role model the values of the Group, presenting and communicating with impact and direction to multiple senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience from a Senior HR position, preferably within a large organisation, with strong strategic abilities and excellent communication skills to engage with senior executives.
- Experience in translating business strategies into HR initiatives, with the ability to quickly build an understanding of the business.
- A relevant university degree and proficient verbal and written fluency in English.
