About the job
Working with financial crime prevention in Saxo, you will take part in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by assessing risks and implementing controls ensuring our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.
The AML program is part of 1st Line of defense located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are a team of dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team.
You focus will be working with a wide variety of tasks within the financial crime space requiring in-depth understanding of money-laundering-, tax evasion-, sanctions-, adverse media-, and terrorist financing risks. It is important that you can communicate across organizational levels and seniorities, and you are able to make regulatory requirements understandable and operational to the organization. As Saxo is an international organization with global subsidiaries it is important to have a global mindset.
Responsibilities
- Drive a team of project managers with focus on FCP across a global organization
- Create structure and clear ways of working with optimizing and implementing process and one book of work across the AML organization
- Driving and facilitating workshops and meetings on process optimization and collaborations
- Project management of AML projects in different areas
- Support and give advice and guidance on optimizing and improving the clients’ journeys across the area
Your profile
You are motivated by working in an ever-changing environment while still having an eye for the details. You have experience from the financial sector within financial crime prevention and process optimization and mapping.
The ideal candidate for the job possesses:
- Solid experience in working with mapping, planning, and optimization of AML E2E processes and operations
- Experience in driving FCP projects across global organizations and ensuring that all involved team members are motivated and engaged
- Great stakeholder management skills, ensuring good collaboration and progress on joint tasks
- A relevant educational background and/or experience with AML operations and processes
- Experience in presenting and reporting to senior management
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in English at a professional level
