Join our newly established team and work with cutting-edge data analytics tools to drive BESTSELLER’s ambitious sustainability goals. The team is key to meeting growing ESG and CSRD requirements, managing both internal and external sustainability reporting, and partnering with our brands and markets.

We focus on delivering high-quality sustainability reporting and analysis, similar to financial reporting, while collaborating with stakeholders to improve performance and develop tools and processes for long-term success. Our team is dedicated to excellence, continuously optimizing and automating processes to ensure impactful results.

YOUR ROLE
Your role will focus on both internal and external sustainability reporting, combined with delivering valuable insights to management and the business as a skilled business analyst. You will play a key role in identifying data needs, securing data quality, and ensuring effective reporting and communication to stakeholders. Ultimately, you will drive the sustainability agenda forward and help establish a strong foundation for success.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement a long-term roadmap for sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and stakeholders to ensure a solid data foundation and gather required information.
• Prepare high-quality internal and external sustainability reports, both monthly and annually.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for brands and countries.
• Work with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an ambitious and eager-to-learn individual to help take BESTSELLER’s sustainability reporting to the next level. You approach tasks with structure and a results-oriented mindset, constantly striving for improvement and excellence. With a positive attitude, you naturally inspire and motivate those around you.

Thriving in a dynamic environment, you balance teamwork and independent responsibility effortlessly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with the entire BESTSELLER organization. If you have some knowledge or a genuine interest in sustainability reporting, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education, e.g. MSc in Economics, International Business, Auditing, Bachelor in Business Administration, HD(R) or similar.
• Experience from a similar position is an advantage but we are mostly interested in the right mindset. Therefore, we also encourage recent graduates to apply.
• Experience with data solutions is an advantage, such as SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery or similar solutions.
• You can communicate fluently in English.
