Senior SAP Master Data Governance Lead

Join us in this role where you’ll challenge and rethink how our organisation works with SAP master data, working closely with experts and stakeholders in our IT organisation.

You’ll be part of the ERP IT Product Line where you, together with your colleagues, will get the opportunity to implement and lead the direction of best-in-class governance of our SAP master data. In ERP IT Product Line we work as an Agile Release Train within the framework of SAFe. As a team, we foster an agile mindset and collaborate across countries and cultures in our daily work.

You’ll play an important role in:

• facilitating subject matter expert dialogues and conducting workshops for our business stakeholders to discover challenges and requirements
• defining and implementing master data governance that enables value creation through coordination between individual initiatives, proactive problem solving and standardisation across master data domains, processes, systems, and stakeholders
• implementing master data roles and responsibilities covering creation, maintenance, documentation, and use of SAP master data
• orchestrating the collaboration between the business and IT to optimise the use of SAP master data
• monitoring and driving improvement initiatives related to SAP master data quality.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are experienced in driving cross-company process improvements and conducting results with senior colleagues in a global environment
• have solid functional experience within up and down-stream master data management as well as operational and analytical use of master data
• balance strategic thinking with analytic skills and can connect business needs with technical capabilities
• can balance local business needs with long-term goals for standardisation and overall value
• have previous experience with master data management in a SAP ecosystem and can explain the value of, and different approaches to, managing master data
• have a solutions-oriented and proactive mindset, strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills as well as empathy.
