As our new Product / UX designer, you will work with +100 highly motivated and skilled colleagues, and together with stakeholders, be shaping the customer engagement of tomorrow. The tribe is new and compose of 12 Squads working across 5 locations (Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore).
As this is an area of central importance to our recently launched strategy, significant growth to the team over the coming years is expected, while ensuring we build a solid culture aligned to our values – You and your future squad play a key role in forming this.
As a Product / UX designer, you will join our design team to define and evolve our digital solutions across our portfolio of existing and new products for our personal customers and personal advisers in collaboration with business, users, and the development team. You will be working within both a team of designers and a solution team, focusing on the UX and conceptualisation, integrating the new solutions into our products, internal or customer facing. The expectation is to base your designs on existing user data or gather new needed data.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product vision by approaching the problem holistically when creating new functionality and solutions
- Gather, utilise, and integrate user data into your proposed solution
- Prepare and conduct usability tests for your proposed solutions and iterate based on findings
- Deliver prototypes following an established design system
- Improve existing solutions and integrate new solutions into existing systems, respecting foundational guidelines and principles
- Support and collaborate with digital design in creating the UI, using a defined set of components, or brainstorming custom component needs
- Present your ideas in a simple and effective way to get a buy-in from stakeholders
Your profile should fulfil the following requirements:
We imagine you bring 2+ years of experience working as a Product or UX designer on various platforms. You are a motivated and team-oriented person, who brings positive energy to the work environment. You bring solid communication skills to present insights and concepts in a simple way to obtain stakeholder buy-in.
We also see you as someone who brings experience and a solid toolbox with-in the area of design of IT solutions, business analysis and customer experience. You are eager to learn, collaborate and enjoy taking initiatives and are comfortable with the responsibility that follows.
Furthermore;
- Knowledge of UX methodologies, and experience with applying them in different contexts
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
- Ability to translate research findings into a design strategy
- Values and take works towards unified solutions that benefit and delight the customer
- Experience with third party vendor integration
- Experience from agencies or larger development organisations would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite
- Based in Denmark, as we do not offer re-location packages.
Most importantly, you are proactive and proficient at working closely with diverse teams. You are self driven and eager to learn from more experienced designers and colleagues
