We are looking for a new team member joining as a Strategy Analyst or Associate in our Group Strategy team, starting in Q2/Q3 2025. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Nordics.
How you will make an impact
As a Strategy Analyst or Associate, you will join the Group Strategy team and play a key role in advancing our strategic agenda, supporting the Executive Management Team with a range of high-impact responsibilities, including:
- Leading and supporting critical strategic projects such as due diligences, market strategies, operational/supply chain improvements, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver strategic insights and impact through direct executive support for our CEO and Executive Mgmt. Team (e.g. annual strategy wheel, strategy workshops and Board of Directors presentations)
- Contributing to the development of Arla Foods’ new corporate strategy development

As part of the Group Strategy team, you will join a group of highly skilled and ambitious colleagues with background from top-tier management consulting and leading FMCG companies. For the right candidate, this position could also serve as a platform for an international career and expatriation in one of our markets abroad.
What will make you successful
We are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. You are either a recent graduate at the top of your class or have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar role in the industry. Experience from a large FMCG company is considered an advantage. We expect that you possess:
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills: Ability to break down complex problems, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication & presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally, and in writing, including crafting high-quality presentations for senior executive and stakeholders
- Structured & critical thinking: Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with logical, structured thinking and offer innovative solutions that address both immediate and long-term business needs
- Collaborative and results-oriented mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Moreover, you should be an open-minded change agent, capable of working across diverse markets and organizational areas. You are a true team player and actively contribute to making Group Strategy and the broader Strategy & Business Development team a great place to work and grow, and open to the possibility of international assignments as part of your career development. In addition, mastery of PowerPoint, Excel and English is essential.
