Senior Finance Manager, Digital Finance Partnering

Core Responsibilities
Finance Business Partner for investment planning and controlling for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PELM (Play Experiences Lifecycle Management) for the LEGO Group. These are two major transformation programmes, modernising our processes and technology to safeguard and future proof the flow of goods and money and management of play experiences from idea to retirement. Key focus areas:

• Providing decision making support on our investments, including challenging objectively to ensure all our spending is vital, optimised and aligned with the program objectives, including ensuring alignment across the two programs
• Providing transparency on our investments relevant for different stakeholder groups
• Setting up ongoing governance processes (incl. roles & responsibilities clarity) to ensure integration into our core planning processes, spend optimisation and correlation between actual spending and delivery progress
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and finance business partners across the LEGO Group to achieve the above
• Use the above work to establish a blueprint for investment management for other cross-LEGO Group transformation programmes involving major digital investments.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The team you will be joining partners three Executive Leadership team members and their organisations. The team is based in London and Billund. We ensure our financial investments are transparent, well governed and are driving strong value outcomes consistent with our LEGO Group strategic priorities. This role is within the Digital Finance Partnering area of the team. We also play a key leadership role in helping to support the broader digital transformation across the LEGO Group.

This role will also work in partnership with the Finance Director for these two programmes; the FD will be responsible for the overall business case for the programmes and ensuring end to end finance business risk validation.

Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate financial acumen / management accounting proficiency. It would be beneficial to have an education within business, finance or similar, but it is not a prerequisite

• Extensive experience in working with finance business partnering and/or financial planning and analysis
• Strong collaborator management, collaboration and communication skills
• Experience of establishing effective and efficient processes for financial planning & governance, with broad collaborator reach
• Strong analytical skills with good proven track record of being able to develop practical recommendations from financial and data insights
• Proficient in English, both written and oral

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
