About Us
Our software organization designs, implements, and releases fitting software, mobile applications for iOS and Android, and cloud services to support our primary product, the hearing instruments. We are a large team with three sites in Poland and Denmark, running a scaled agile setup with multi-site agile release trains.

The Role
As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fitting software releases through the gathering, analysis, and documentation of detailed requirements. You will be part of our Release Team, consisting of requirements- and test managers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications. This collaboration will assist in ensuring that requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and integrated into the development process to support consistent and timely releases. Your efforts will ensure that the final product meets customer needs and regulatory requirements, and last but not least, you will seek for continuous optimization of processes, materials and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your main task will be to ensure that the requirement process is optimized and adhered to, in order to ensure compliance with medical device regulations. This means that you are responsible for identifying stakeholders, accurately documenting necessary functionality and product configurations and improving the flow. You will coordinate input from Requirement Analysts and present the conclusions to stakeholders for review and approval. Furthermore, you will be supporting Test Managers by attending to the testability of requirements and in reviewing verification plans and ensuring that requirements are met.

Tasks

  • Set up and maintain the product requirements structure for our fitting software.
  • Elicitation of requirements and documentation of product configurations and variability.
  • Facilitating clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders
  • Close cooperation with other requirements- and test managers.
  • Driving requirements reviews with stakeholders .
  • Managing change requests.
  • Ensure that both requirements and tests meet high-quality standards
  • Ensure traceability of requirements

Qualifications and experience

  • Good communication skills, an analytical mind, and willingness to explore, and an aim for progress.
  • A analytical and curious mind and a passion for improving collaboration, processes, and materials
  • A motivation to accomplish tasks – in alliance with great colleagues.
  • Experience with regulations, standards, and quality systems.

Preferably:

  • Experience with requirements or systems engineering or other technical documentation.
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of testing practices
  • Working under ScaledAgile – providing support to agile teams.
  • Experience with IBM DOORS and RQM Rational Quality Manager or similar systems.
  • Data management, filtering, links, structures.
