Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep under-standing of production management. Location: Ulsteinvik, Norway. The work model for the role is #LI-hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for: • Overseeing and managing the entire production process from planning to execution. • Developing and implementing production strategies to meet company goals and objectives. • Ensuring production schedules are met and products are delivered on time. • Monitoring production performance and implementing improvements as needed. • Managing and mentoring a team of production managers and staff. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. • Optimizing resource allocation and managing production budgets. • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Director or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to be security cleared according to the Norwegian security act.
