Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring of programme performance, including tracking of project progress, identification of thematic risks and issues, and reporting on programme status to senior management
  • Ability to design and implement planning tools and processes that ensure consistent delivery across diverse project management approaches
  • Ensure accurate data is available for reporting cycles, plan progress and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) content
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of programme management practices, including identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes to improve programme performance
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, including senior management and project teams to ensure that programme management practices are aligned with their needs and expectations

We are looking for a PMO professional who would like to leverage their skills to ensure that our programme management processes and practices align with our controls and governance standards. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality outputs are essential. We are looking for an influential communicator who knows when to stand firm and when to compromise. You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical and theoretical PMO experience
  • Knowledge of the latest PMO and PM methodologies and trends
  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk and planning
  • Experience working in consultancy or in an in-house consultant role
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to convey complex messages clearly and succinctly
