In AFI we want to continue our strong contribution to ensure more natural, functional and sustainable nutrition. To support our ambitious business strategy, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Business Partner.

You will be supporting our two production sites “Danmark Protein” and “Arinco Dairy” and drive the HR Processes according to the HR annual activities and you will also locally drive selected focus areas defined in our business plan, team wellbeing sessions based on the “Engagement survey” and in general support activities needed to meet the future requirements.

The essentials in our People & Culture Strategy cover culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership and development, employer branding and recruitment. Within these areas you can expect to team up with the Senior HR Business Partner at the sites, and transform and execute our People & Culture Strategy into concrete initiatives and deployable activities on our production sites. You will report to our Chief HR Business Partner in Viby.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Drive and execute the HR Processes according to plan
• Participate in transforming strategic initiatives into concrete projects/activities
• Participate in delivering the projects, ensure and take part in execution and take actions according to stay on track
• Close collaboration with the leadership teams at the production sites and with the HR community on deliverables

Experience in leading project, HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills

Holding a Master’s degree in business, HRM, or an equivalent discipline, you have accumulated several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.

Ideally, you also have experience in a matrix organization, working with stakeholders across the HR community. You possess a lot of drive and energy, with a proven track record of creating results. As a strong and structured project lead, you ensure solid and timely execution, all while enjoying collaboration with colleagues. Your curious and collaborative nature allows you to communicate easily with both leadership teams and specialists on the shop floor.

You thrive in a busy environment with many challenges and varying tasks, and you have a keen interest in organization, business, and people, which helps you build strong and trusted relationships. Naturally, you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
