At our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will join the Sales Excellence team tasked with streamlining processes and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

“You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our global organisation, working closely with senior leadership to refine and advance DSV’s sales operations worldwide,” says Lennart Naesby, Senior Director, Sales Excellence.

Impact commercial sales structures and processes globally
As our new Sales Excellence Specialist, you will gain a pivotal role in transforming how we sell by leading and executing key sales excellence initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure seamless implementation of projects that drive commercial strategy and deliver consistent customer experiences.

More specifically, you will:

  • Take ownership of multiple sales excellence projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the commercial strategy
  • Implement tools and frameworks like value-based selling and customer management to boost sales performance
  • Streamline sales processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across teams
  • Support the rollout of the sales operating model and promote adoption of new ways of working
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to track progress, measure results, and guide decision-making
  • Help design training programs to enhance the skills of commercial teams and elevate customer experiences

Experience with sales excellence and great communication skills
You have solid stakeholder management and communication abilities, enabling you to navigate in a global organization where you are exposed across divisions, functions, and professional levels.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • Some years of relevant experience in implementing and leading sales excellence initiatives within a global organization
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple workstreams independently
  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for leveraging data to drive insights and inform strategies
  • The ability to connect broader commercial strategies to specific sales excellence initiatives, delivering high-impact results
  • Proven experience driving adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working
