We are growing another talented colleague to strengthen our team in Bochum. Working closely with our Brand Coordinators, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the best possible service for our customers – from concept to delivery.

What will you be doing?
As a Sales Supporter, you’ll be a vital part of the team, responsible for:
- Daily customer service and follow-up – you’ll be involved in the entire process, from product development to final delivery.
- Managing samples and stock, including forecasting and demand planning.
- Communicating daily with our international offices and colleagues worldwide.
- Creating internal and external reports on request.
- Collaborating closely with a team that shares your passion for excellent customer service.

- Have a structured and organized approach to your work.
- Are a true team player who values good colleagues and teamwork.
- Hold a relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree, industrial clerk, or similar.
- Are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
