The Position
In this role, you will define and review business processes and workflow requirements with users and stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of business challenges while driving governance for SAP Master Data and supporting development initiatives and projects within IFP KA. Ensuring seamless data flow from SAP to production and warehouse, maintaining material readiness, and create essential elements such as MR Master Recipes, MM Material Masters, PVs in Winshuttle, Packing Instructions, and Q-Cases to support efficient and accurate operations.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Execute key data maintenance and design for Master Data in SAP and associated systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with operational needs.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and documentation for SAP processes.
- Analyse the impact of local and global changes, reflecting supply-driven adjustments in SAP while ensuring data flow aligns with production and warehouse requirements.
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues, log incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define workflow requirements, support business development, and improve the quality of core data assets.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold a technical degree or equivalent experience, including self-taught expertise, combined with a proven track record in relevant roles.
- Have experience in an industrial environment. A background in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with database products and warehouse operations is essential.
- Are excellent in written and verbal communication in Danish, which are essential for this role, and a working knowledge of English would be an advantage.
About the department
Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming years. Our department is working to expand the capacity of our Biotech and Rare Disease production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
