Our purification support team is looking for a calm and respectful front person, that can support togetherness in a busy production environment here in our API production facility in Hillerød.
The position

One of your employees calls in sick, her task has deadline to QA the same day and is still missing input from outside your organization. After wishing her a quick recovery, you start your team’s board meeting looking into the status of the running production and projects. The process has stopped during the night, and we have 2 hours to fix the problem due to next chromatographic run.
The rest of the morning you use some time to understand the challenges both inside production, but also in relation to the projects and two new products we soon will submit to authorities. These products are too blockbusters that are extremely important for Novo Nordisk’s further success.
Then you talk to some of your employees, help with finding the right colleagues for sparring on a change request, answer a few questions ad hoc and have a cup of coffee with you team lead colleague to support cross functional dialouge.
In the afternoon you have some 1:1’s about development, a meeting about resource on the training project as well as a session with two other team leader colleagues on one of your deviation reduction projects, you want to succeed with.
How will you help the team to succeed with the challenges and tasks and find a clear direction? How will you make sure to find pathways that are sustainable?
