Service Delivery Manager, Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are growing and are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking and the Leasing unit part of Credit business unit. Our Leasing unit delivers market leading Leasing software to customers globally.

You will have an important role in the securing our relationship, customer satisfaction and growth on existing customer base.

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Service Delivery Manager:

• You will be the main contact / overall responsible for Customer relationship on existing customers.
• You will be overall responsible for the agreement, including renewal, commercials, budgeting, forecasting and securing we have solid contracts in place.
• You will work closely with existing customers to secure they get the most out of our solution and ensure customer loyalty.
• You will secure that we will grow our footprint on existing customers by marketing additional services, licenses and securing successful deliveries.
• Have flexibility under responsibility.
• You will facilitate important meetings with the customer in relation to strategic and tactical meetings.
• You will play an important role in handling and respond to customer’s day-to-day inquiries.

Who we are looking for:

• Having a university degree or a similar educational background is an advantage but not mandatory.
• You have good technical and commercial understanding.
• You have knowledge of / experience of leasing business.
• You are enthusiastic, selling, and motivated by good customer relations and deliveries.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are able to increase the value of the Customer account.
• As a person, we believe you are a team player who takes ownership and demonstrates responsibility to organize your work and solve your tasks. Most importantly, be a passionate, initiative and driven Service Delivery Manager who wants to make an impact. Someone with enthusiasm who doesn’t settle with “good enough”.
