Organisational Change Mangement Lead
ECCO SKO A/S
Ready to play a key role in a global SAP rollout, starting in the US and expanding worldwide? And can you help ECCO teams embrace change and succeed in a new global way of working?
Join us and head a small team that you will help establish – and get the opportunity to develop your leadership skills as the function grows.
“Why this is a great opportunity? Because you’ll be part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation, where you’ll build everything from scratch – and influence our future” says Gerald Dehn-Jensen, Senior Program Director.
Not just change management – but transformation with a purpose
As our new OCM Lead, you will play a crucial role in enabling our global SAP transformation. With SAP phasing out its legacy ECC system by 2027, we must be ready to transition to SAP S/4HANA – an upgrade that will streamline processes, provide real-time insights, and prepare us for future growth.
As part of our PMO (Program Management Office), you will collaborate across business units – from production, logistics and finance to customer service – to ensure employees at all levels are supported through change. You will also partner with external consultants, leveraging their expertise while driving ECCO’s internal strategy forward.
Your team of change management professionals is not yet established, and you will play a key role in shaping it.
“Together with me, you will set your team and find the right employees to support you with the rollout. And the first change management profile we’ll need is a training lead” says Gerald.
More specifically, you will:
- Build a comprehensive change management roadmap for ECCO’s SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment across regions and business units
- Analyse how system changes affect processes and teams, and provide tools and strategies to help business functions transition smoothly
- Develop and execute clear, targeted communication plans in collaboration with ECCO’s communication team to engage employees across all levels and time zones
- Facilitate training plans to ensure that end-users understand and embrace the new ways of working
- Work closely with business process owners, senior management, and other stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure adoption of the changes
- Manage your team of change management consultants and external consultants, and support their development so they have the right tools to handle the transformation
You can expect some international travel activity (approximately 1 week every 2 months) during the implementation phase. Beyond that, you will be affiliated with our Bredebro or Copenhagen office, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40% of the time.
Experience with organizational change management
With your structured mindset and ability to take initiative, you know how to combine strategy with practical execution. You have the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and you are ready to take the next step into a management role, where you will guide and support others.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Bring 3+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Have experience working in large-scale IT transformations
- Bring a solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) and tools
- Speak and write English effortlessly and you are comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
