The Position
As an Associate Manager in 25 L, at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage, lead, and develop highly skilled multi-cultural team members as part of the project organization matrix
• Coordinate staffing and project progress in close collaboration with the different project work package owners up until the facility is ready for operation.
• Responsible for operational readiness within your area together with the operational readiness team
• Ensure right number and level of competencies in the team along the project phases and progressing into operations
• Participate in commissioning and validation of new equipment.
• Promoting a continuous improvement mindset, coaching and developing the team through clear direction and effective leadership
• Ensure robustness within the team, through a healthy and engaging working environment

Qualification
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in operational management, experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Experience from larger projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of API/mAB processes and planning is preferred
• Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

As a Person, you possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making skills. Moreover, you are excellent in working collaboratively with cross-functional team.

You will join our team in Hillerød, working on the expansion of our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity for Biotech production. This project is one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk, and the facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to accommodate new processes and products. At Novo Nordisk Site Hillerød, we are around 4,000 employees developing, producing, and filling injection pens to help patients around the world living with serious chronic diseases, such as diabetes and obesity.
