The position
In the role as LEAN Coach, you will:
- Join a LEAN team focusing on ensuring a LEAN leadership behaviour across our site. Our facility is currently on a LEAN journey where LEAN leadership and systematic approach is essential on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients.
- Contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our leaders on shopfloor and provide coaching and feedback.
Our framework is the cLEAN Supply System (cSS). A Novo Nordisk A/S LEAN system that applies for Product Supply across Novo Nordisk A/S. It includes principles, tools, systems and expected behaviours for leaders and production areas.
In addition, you will be part of a LEAN network across the different manufacturing facilities in Aseptic Manufacturing where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain inspiration from others.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
- Relevant academic degree, such as engineering or similar.
- Ideally you have experience from a production site, from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
- Experience in driving leadership development through coaching and feedback methodologies – ideally you hold a coaching certification or can document this skill from previous positions.
- Experience in driving change management as well as good stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and systems, such as performance management, systematic problem-solving tools, process confirmation, leader standard work/daily diary and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English and Danish both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job.
On a personal level, you are enthusiastic about solving challenges by looking at human behaviour. You enjoy being at shopfloor an among your key stakeholders. You take pride in working systematically and in a structured approach that enables you to keep track of progress and plan further actions. Your communication skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. You are eager and enjoy finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenge the current ways of working.
About the department
AM GE BS cLEAN & OpEx is a department within Business Support, at AM Gentofte, where we provide top-quality products for patients worldwide. The department AM GE BS cLEAN & OpEx is responsible for support and improvements regarding LEAN.
The department AM GE BS cLEAN & OpEx consists of four cLEAN Partners, four Continuous Improvement Professional, Student and Manager. With a LEAN approach, the team supports AM GE´s strategic aspirations to better utilise data, further stabilise the production and increase efficiency.
As a LEAN Coach, you will become a member of an ambitious and engaged team that works to shape and implement our continued LEAN transformation journey.
