Be the voice of the consumer at Pandora
As the Director of Consumer Insights (Maternity Cover), you’ll lead a talented team of 15, delivering insights that influence decisions across marketing, product design, and commercial operations. Key responsibilities

• Lead the Consumer Insights function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights that serve all functions in Pandora.
• Provide strategic guidance across a wide range of research disciplines, including brand tracker, market trends, consumer behaviour, advertising and product qualification, and competitive analysis.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, aligning insights with company strategy and priorities.
• Support and empower the Consumer Insights team, fostering professional growth and providing the resources needed to excel.
• Help the team adapt to evolving business needs with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Maintain a culture of trust and partnership, ensuring insights are seamlessly integrated into cross-functional planning and execution.

Who you are
The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to translate data into clear strategies that inform company-wide priorities while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for the team. Furthermore, you are:

• A strategic leader with extensive experience in Consumer Insights and strong business acumen, delivering impactful insights that drive decisions across diverse business areas.
• Skilled at leading and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Exceptional at synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights and presenting compelling narratives to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effective prioritization of shifting objectives.
• A collaborative communicator, engaging effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to align insights with strategic goals.
