Our team is dedicated to empowering everyday convenience for our customers, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Manager Logistics Planning & Analysis to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and has a passion for driving business success through other people.

Areas of responsibility
You will be responsible for creating and executing business plans that align with the strategic objectives of the company. You will work closely with various departments to analyze market trends, forecast future business needs, and identify opportunities for growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

In addition, you are responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams to define business strategies and develop actionable plans aligned with company goals.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Use SQL for data extraction and analysis, leveraging market trends, historical data, and performance metrics to forecast business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Design Tableau dashboards and prepare reports/presentations for senior management, delivering actionable insights and strategic guidance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Adjustment: Track KPIs and analyze results to refine strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in business performance.
  • Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration: Align strategies with teams across marketing, finance, sales, local operations, and recruitment while integrating market research and competitive analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and empower a team of three employees, serving as a deputy for the Country Manager and setting a strong example of leadership.

What do we expect from you?

  • Analytical & Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and working with large datasets. Proficient in SQL for data extraction, Tableau for visualization, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 2-4 years of experience in business planning, strategy development, or data analysis, including at least 2 years of managing managers.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business strategy, market analysis, financial forecasting, and logistics (experience in the logistics industry is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Team & Independent Work: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
