At Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives, we are looking for a Digital Services Division Controller to take a leading role in driving financial performance and supporting the strategic direction of our Digital Services division. In this key position, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, delivering high-quality financial insights and ensuring sound decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for steering the financial planning processes, all while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, business ethics, and financial integrity. Job Responsibilities
As the Digital Services Division Controller, you will drive the financial performance of our division by providing strategic insights and partnering closely with business leaders. Your role will involve analyzing operational performance, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to shape our strategy and ensure financial excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning processes, including target setting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Driving cash performance and optimizing working capital to enable growth.
• Monitoring financial health, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Work closely with Division manager in building and driving the 5-year strategy plan
• Establish and improve business models and processes to fit to the service business needs.

Collaboration will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance while maintaining business ethics and financial integrity. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing your team’s skills, fostering a high-performing and future-ready finance function.

Background & Skills
Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. You’re an analytical problem solver with a proactive mindset, capable of navigating complex financial challenges and delivering results.

Key qualifications and skills include:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or controlling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; certifications like CFA or CMA are a plus.
• Familiarity with the electronics, drives, or technology sector is an advantage.
