Join our dynamic Markets and Channels (M&C) Central Marketing team at the LEGO Group and bring your exceptional skills to life! This is a fantastic opportunity to become the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, coordinating and collaborating with teams across our global organization.
Core Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Manage the Calendar: Take full ownership of the SVP's calendar, including scheduling corporate and team meetings.
- Coordinate Meetings: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and communicate outcomes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Act as Chief of Staff: Proactively address upcoming needs and challenges for the SVP and Leadership team.
- Foster Team Connectivity: Serve as the approachable, friendly face of MCCM, addressing inquiries professionally and finding efficient solutions.
- Support Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new leadership team members.
- Handle Emails: Manage incoming emails and requests, taking direction from the SVP.
- Administer Expenses: Oversee expense claims and ensure timely processing.
- Arrange Travel: Coordinate weekly travel to Billund and other travel arrangements.
- Ensure Data Compliance: Maintain shared drives and team distribution lists with a focus on data compliance

- Degree or equivalent experience in Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfortable handling dynamic tasks and shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A high level of expertise in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
