Field Service Technician
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving technical challenges? Join our team as a Field Service Technician!
To support our growth in North America, we are looking for a skilled and self-driven Service Technician. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by addressing technical issues, ensuring proper installation of equipment, and delivering excellent service on-site and remotely. You will also assist our sales team with your technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure correct installation of delivered equipment to maximize customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and sales
- Conduct on-site and remote service visits to resolve technical issues
- Facilitate relevant information from customers to sales and/or the Regional Director
- Participate in exhibitions, training sessions, and customer/dealer training programs.
- Build quality into all aspects of work by adhering to the service manual
Qualifications
- Degree or experience as an electrician, automation engineer, agricultural engineer, or similar technical background
- Technical experience from agriculture, particularly controlling technology and automation in livestock houses is an advantage
- Experience in documentation and administration related to technical installations.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- English fluency is required; Spanish and/or French is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits package
Travel: Approx. 70-80% in the US and Canada
