Your responsibilities:

  • As Client Engagement Manager you contribute to the company’s business strategy by establishing trusted advisor relationships with a dedicated client
  • Managing complex negotiations, defining innovative solutions, and successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are key aspects of your role.
  • You’ll actively build up a robust pipeline of projects and follow cases through to closure
  • You’ll identify and pursue strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • You’ll be part of developing and maintaining a strategic account plan, customer IT roadmap, including strategic opportunity and capture planning, defining key customer stakeholders and customer governance
  • You inspire and advise our dedicated customer on existing and new services, projects and innovative initiatives by Aeven
  • You ensure high customer satisfaction on all projects and consulting services
  • You will be responsible for the overall control of a dedicated IT project portfolio

Your qualifications and skills:

  • You have successfully completed a relevant Bachelor or Master degree
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years experience in IT sales, IT Consultancy, IT portfolio management and/or IT project management – preferably within the field of IT Infrastructure Services
  • Your mindset matters: dedication, sales orientation, curiosity, and persistence are essential
  • You inspire trust and quickly establish successful relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • You are comfortable in negotiating in Danish, complemented by strong Danish writing skills
  • You need to be able to obtain a Security Clearance (NATO SECRET/SECRET UE/EU) during on-boarding
