What We’re Looking For? 🤓

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success.
  • Proven B2B and SaaS experience—bonus if it's in CRM!
  • Strong ability and motivation to retain and expand customer portfolios (a few hundred accounts).
  • A customer-oriented doer who loves customer interaction and delivering value.
  • A team player who likes responsibility in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about the scaleup journey.

Your Role on Our Team? 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏻

  • Own and manage a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong relationships and success.
  • Retain, upsell, and grow accounts by challenging our customers to adopt new features.
  • Deliver customer tailored demos (both online and in person).
  • Own and be responsible for an order intake budget.
  • Be a voice of the customer internally—collaborating with product and sales teams.

Skills & Requirements
Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree 🎓 + Driver’s license 🚙
  • SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
  • Ready to work from our Stockholm office 🎈
  • Fluent in Swedish and English 🎭

Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to our Sales Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product).
