About the Role

Over time, you'll become familiar with our production operations, offering suggestions for time and execution improvements.

Your main tasks include spotting and solving bottlenecks, improving processes, and keeping our production schedules on track. Your efforts will directly help us meet our goals and ensure timely product delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address bottlenecks to optimize production flow.
  • Manage detailed scheduling on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Coordinate and monitor production for optimal resource use and productivity.
  • Analyze production plans to find practical solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Assist, develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
  • Report on production performance and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate changes and new initiatives efficiently.

About the Department/Team
The Change Over team is part of the Manufacturing Support department and a dynamic group of 3 professionals, ranging from newly joined to very experienced, all dedicated to ensuring smooth production transitions. This team plays a crucial role in planning and coordinating the change in and change out processes within production, which is vital for maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime. They make a significant impact through their collaborations and excel at organizing everything from remote work schedules to daily operations. By joining this team, you will be expanding coordination efforts beyond these processes to oversee the entire production flow.

Qualifications
For this role we’re looking for someone proactive who thrives in dynamic settings, can easily tackle challenges, and enjoys optimizing production efficiency.

Professional:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Proficiency with production planning software is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of production processes.

Personal:

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain focus under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.

You are structured and responsible, with excellent planning skills. As a problem-solver with a solution-focused and proactive mindset, you excel in building strong teamwork and relationships. Your positive and 'can-do' attitude helps you thrive in challenging situations, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth operational workflows. Lastly, if you see yourself as a high performing team player who is ambitious on behalf of yourself and the company, then you might be just the candidate, we are looking for!
