Your mission…
As a Media Manager in the Consumer Products Division, you will lead and develop the media strategy for a range of brands of the division with a strong ROI and test-and-learn mentality. You will play a key role in driving our first-party audience and data acceleration, championing performance media best practices and be the expert on media reporting tools. You will own the relationship with our media agency, ensuring seamless campaign activation and alignment with brand priorities. In this role, you will play a key role in the digital transformation at L’Oréal, and you report to the Division Media Lead.

You will…
Lead 360° media strategy & planning:

  • Partner with marketing and agencies on brand campaigns.
  • Be the primary media agency contact.
  • Drive key media topics and implement best practices (Rules of Engagement, Media Mix Modelling, Test & Learn).
  • Define divisional performance media strategy and 2P retailer data governance.
  • Lead retailer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) involving media.
  • Ensure compliance with L’Oréal Golden Rules.

Analyze data & manage paid search:

  • Be the expert in media reporting tools.
  • Drive 1P audience growth (SEA priority) while maintaining SEO knowledge.

Optimize content & performance:

  • Boost creator content to drive Advocacy & Influence KPIs.
  • Drive success of digital services in media with Online Business Managers.

Collaborate cross-functionally:

  • Work with CMO & Ecommerce teams on L'Oréal's digital transformation.
  • Lead a specific beauty category (skincare, hair, or makeup) and share learnings.

We are looking for...

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing landscapes and emerging platforms.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trends.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of online and offline retail dynamics, with a preferred focus on the mass beauty market.
  • Proficiency in media performance management and analysis, with a focus on optimizing ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, developing "out-of-the-box" media solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience with platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
