We’re looking for experienced professionals who can take ownership of problems and drive them to solutions. Our primary toolkit is TypeScript and React, which we use to build scalable systems on a solid foundation. While expertise in all of our tools is not required, we do expect strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React, and hands-on experience with TypeScript.

The Role
As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be joining an established team that is focused solely on our point-of-sale (POS) solution for canteens. Your work will directly impact millions of transactions across thousands of locations. You’ll take ownership of the development of our React Native app, crafting intuitive user interfaces and integrating offline-first features that ensure a seamless customer experience. Working closely with the product, design, and backend teams, you’ll help refine and expand the POS system, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Improve user-facing features, from database models to UI components.
• Prioritize User Experience by focusing on what makes life easier for our customers.
• Support our Customers by implementing local-first and offline-first capabilities, ensuring they can rely on our platform in any environment.
• Improve Scalability to handle over 1,000 POS systems by 2025.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and customers to create meaningful, impactful products.

What We’re Looking For

• React Native Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining high-quality mobile apps using React Native.
• Full-Stack Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile architecture, and performance optimization.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with native iOS/Android development, hardware integrations, and local-first/offline-first design is a plus.
• Security Awareness: A solid understanding of mobile security best practices and how to integrate them into the product from the start.
