Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +140 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of SDRs and AEs.
- Manage and support a team of outbound SDRs to ensure a strong pipeline of meetings.
- Hands-on coaching and sparring with business development and sales teams.
- Drive team culture by organizing social activities within an agreed budget.
- Conduct weekly sparring and reporting sessions with the Head of Sales.
- Align the Nordic team's culture with company values and growth ambitions.
- Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive sales growth in the Nordics, including direct sales responsibility (playing-coach role).
- Develop and scale sales operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and growth.
- Act as a key negotiator in complex sales processes.
- Build and expand our partner network, ensuring strong local market penetration.
- Market Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize revenue streams.
- Manage inbound sales channels in close collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure the right market approach.
- Own forecasting and pipeline management to drive predictable revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Act as the key liaison between HQ and the Nordic market, ensuring strategic execution.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.).
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with revenue leaders from other markets.
Qualifications and about you
- 2+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, preferably within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Beneficial to have proven track record in enterprise sales and/or partner-driven sales, with experience building strategic partnerships with top-tier law firms, accountants, and DPOs.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example, actively engages in sales activities, and inspires the team through action.
- Thrives in a high-performance environment, consistently meeting and exceeding both personal and company goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Fluent in English and Danish (Swedish or Norwegian is a plus).
