You will join a dedicated and highly skilled IT Transformation team of 7 team-members.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving project execution, conducting in-depth business analysis & risk management, and managing strategic changes within the IT organization across Unifeeder.

As a trusted project manager, you will ensure IT initiatives align closely with business needs, making a direct impact on our organization’s success.

This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Travel is required (estimated 20-25 days per year). We are looking for candidates who are already based in Denmark.

Your responsibilities
As our IT Project Manager, you will drive best practices and structure, ensuring knowledge is shared and leveraged effectively across the organization.

You will manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless software integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Delivery:

• Develop a deep understanding of project objectives, strategies, and stakeholders to address key business challenges.
• Drive project progress by mobilizing and motivating teams, proactively managing risks, and overcoming obstacles to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Business Analysis:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure technological investments directly address core business needs.

Change Management:

• Lead and implement change within Unifeeder, ensuring adaptation to the change, and securing the realization of the expected value.
• Support the adoption of IT operating model and facilitate cultural shifts to optimize IT operations and alignment.

Who are you?
You have a background in project management (or a related field) and 5+ years of experience as a project manager. Experience in a large international company is a plus.

We expect you to have a positive mindset, a can-do attitude, and strong project management skills. Your ability to motivate and influence others will be key to your success.

Additionally, you bring:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set direction and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
✔ Ability to lead, facilitate, and make decisions confidently.
✔ Fluency in English (both verbal and written) at a professional level. Danish is a plus but not required.

Most importantly, you are proactive and analytical, eager to grow, and ready for a steep learning curve in an exciting international environment.
