How do you know this could be the role for you?

As the Bid Manager you’ll play a key role in managing the bid process for large, strategic deals. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and solution architects to ensure bids meet client needs, are aligned with the win strategy, and are submitted on time. Your responsibilities will also include managing the bid team, handling risk and issue management, and driving the approval process. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication, coordinated effort, and alignment across all stakeholders. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that bids are compelling, competitive, and cost-effective, resulting in successful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

· Over 4 years of experience in bid management or similar role, with a solid track record of handling bids in complex sectors.

· Project management experience and a keen interest in working more closely with sales. This can help offset the need for extensive bid management experience.

· Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and coordinate efforts.

· A good understanding of sales processes, deal shaping, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.

· Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Danish, both written and verbal.

· A relevant degree or equivalent experience.

· Familiarity with outsourcing, system integration, or cloud technologies is a plus.

· Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
