Why this role is important to us
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Analytics & M&A to lead critical financial planning, analytics, and strategic decision-making processes. This role will focus on long-term modeling beyond 2026, cash flow forecasting, net working capital optimization, M&A activities, business analytics and lead a team of data scientist.

What you will be responsible for

• Develop long-term financial models to support strategic planning beyond 2026.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity management.
• Optimize net working capital and drive efficiency improvements.
• Support M&A transactions, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Build and lead a team of data scientists, providing guidance and strategic direction.
• Leverage business analytics to support data-driven decision-making and performance improvements.
• Senior stakeholder management.

What we value

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analytics, or a similar leadership role.
• Extensive background in financial modeling, M&A, and cash flow management.
• Experience leading a team of data analysts/scientists.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar).
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
