Your role – challenging and future-oriented
As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our EHS program within our certifications of ISO14001 and ISO45001. You will drive the implementation of EHS tools/systems for handling Chemicals, Incidents, APV, and EHS audits. You will design and/or coordinate the implementation of internal EHS guidelines, processes within assigned organization and update EHS documentation in our business management system. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate implementation of defined measures according to relevant (corporate) EHS guidelines and regulations locally.
• Monitor existing and potential EHS concerns and recommend priorities for resolution.
• Analyze statistical information regarding EHS and give advice and recommendation for appropriate measures.
• Decide measures for remedial action.
• Initiate and co-ordinate collection and consolidation of necessary data for effective EHS reporting.
• Support the responsible Management Team in all EHS issues.
• Coordinate dedicated EHS issues with accountable professionals within a segment or one site.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
We are looking for someone who has:

• 5 years of experience working with EHS.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Proficiency in Danish and English both written and verbally

We prefer that you have the following qualifications, but it’s not a requirement:

• Certified internal auditor within ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experienced in performing safety walks and APV.
