About the Role
As an AX 2009 ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our ERP platform within Aeven’s Operational Finance team. You will lead our ERP team, which includes an integration specialist and a Dynamics AX front-office supporter—both based in Aeven affiliates—alongside external consultants when needed.

Working from our newly renovated office in Ballerup, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in accounting, financial controlling, and payroll to ensure that business processes are effectively supported by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary ERP specialist, ensuring Dynamics AX 2009 aligns with business needs and strategic goals.
• Translate business requests into specifications and solutions across various departments.
• Design and develop solutions, including configuration, setup, and data modeling.
• Drive process improvements within the ERP platform to optimize efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for ERP-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align ERP capabilities with business requirements.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an independent and proactive ERP expert who can prioritize tasks, break down complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (or another ERP system with a willingness to learn AX).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A practical mindset, with a focus on hands-on execution rather than just theory.
• A team-oriented approach, with a drive to foster collaboration across departments.
