Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. In four years, we grew to 140 employees. As our new Head of Brand Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.
Expectation
- Expect that you will grow a team of 3 to 5-12 within 1-2 years.
- You need to thrive with a good amount of end-to-end responsibility.
- Expect that you will have to figure a lot of things out yourself by being practical in your approach. Help us react to market needs, fast.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our company of 140+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start.
- Build, own and grow stellar performance for our newsletter and organic SoMe channels
- Build, own and grow our compliance content engine localized across key markets (a lot of technical content as well)
- (Potentially: Build, own and grow our field marketing muscle)
- Leading and expanding your team to ensure that deliverables and key objectives are met on time, meeting all expectations.
- Know what good looks like. Help us execute successfully on high quality campaigns and projects efficiently.
- Help us find out how we can become recognized as leaders in the market - and doubling down on what works.
Qualifications and about you
- +4 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- You have experience holding a managing position in a fast-scaling organization
- You are able to take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional fluency in English
- You have an in-depth understanding of marketing including topics such as brand, project coordination, and content production
- You are strategic in your approach, and have a flair for the commercial side of the marketing equation
- You know what high-quality looks like and know how to expect it from your team
- It is beneficial and a plus if you have SaaS marketing experience
