Do you have experience as a project manager in establishing new process plants? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for at Danmark Protein in Videbæk, a part of Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI).

How you will make an impact
As the project manager at Danmark Protein, you will play a central role in selecting and implementing new process plants as well as optimizing existing ones, in close collaboration with our skilled team. The projects, you will lead at our factory, vary in size from DKK 100,000 to over DKK 100 million and include facilities for food production. Your primary tasks will include:
- Managing investment projects from the idea phase to commissioning and delivery.
- Providing sparring and technical support to colleagues in R&D, production, and maintenance.
- Developing optimal solutions in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers, focusing on high standards for hygiene and work environment.
You will join the Building & Construction team, which consists of over 30 colleagues. We work with construction, utility plants, and production plants.
What will make you successful
We imagine you have a background as an engineer, technician, technologist, dairy engineer, or similar. You may have some experience from project management as the project manager or a project participant.
You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute with a positive attitude to diverse tasks. Your systematic abilities and natural interest in delivering top-notch service, both internally and externally, will be a great asset. Naturally, you possess a strong business understanding, and with your pragmatic approach, you ensure value-added drive and progression in the projects.
You hold verbal and written communication skills in English.
