VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. As part of it you will be joining the global HR team who owns the global people processes, HR system and master data governance, using SAP SuccessFactors as our major HRIS platform.
We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for an HR Systems Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR systems and HR processes in a corporate environment.
Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria you will report to the HR & Administration Manager and this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our global HR operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role you will be actively participate in day to day operations of the global HR function and duties.
The following tasks and responsibilities can be expected:
- Act as a global HR systems supporter for VIKINGS digital HR platforms, supporting managers and end users in general
- Support in the facilitation of global processes: Appraisal, Engagement Survey, Global Recruitments, Global Onboarding, Global Training, Global Exit
- Actively participate in delivering Global HR Insights (reports and analytics)
- Communicating with and collecting data from relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides and documentation
- Tracking and analyzing HR systems performance metrics, enhancement requests, and application issues
Your profile
The successful candidate will have an interest in HR technology and analytics and understand the role these elements play in an organization’s talent management approach and People strategy.
- Knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices
- Strong technical understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good and honest communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in a global company with HR business systems will be considered as an advantage
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP S/4Hanna will be considered as an advantage
Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and oral.
