Treasury Manager to TDC NET Treasury & Investor Relations

TDC NET is searching for a motivated Treasury Manager to the Treasury & Investor Relations team. In this role, you will oversee liquidity, cash management as well as manage and develop core treasury operations.

TDC NET Treasury
TDC NET Treasury is responsible for managing TDC’s capital structure, which consists of a debt portfolio exceeding DKK 25 billion, including bonds, term loans and liquidity facilities. Key responsibilities of the team include managing funding activities, investor relations, corporate finance projects, financial risk management (interest, FX, liquidity, cash flows), cash management, and insurance.

Treasury maintains direct relationships with banks, debt investors and credit rating agencies. We engage with a wide range of departments across TDC Group and serves as a strategic sparring partner to both CEO, CFO and the Board.

About the job

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Treasury management: Engage in core treasury management tasks, including risk mitigation and reporting thereof, cash management transactions and optimization and maintenance of Treasury systems and operations.
• Liquidity optimization: Collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure accurate forecasting and optimize TDC’s liquidity position across currencies and legal entities.
• Banking relations and cross functional cooperation: You will be the point of entry for a variety of requests from TDC’s core banking group as well as from colleagues in TDC NET e.g. FP&A, Accounting, Legal or Procurement.
• Project participations: In addition to recurring operational tasks, you will be participating or leading treasury projects including e.g. factoring, supply chain finance or working capital optimization.
• Financial analysis: You will gain wide expertise across Treasury, making you a key contributor for ad-hoc financial analyses supporting strategic decision making.

About you
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance or business administration and bring at least 1-3 years of experience from a corporate treasury or a financial institution. You have a strong interest in financial markets and products and have an analytical mindset. Most importantly you are proactive and highly capable of managing assignments in collaboration with our colleagues and tasks of a very diverse nature.
