Are you ready to lead the product management of the worlds most innovative fire suppression systems?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to drive the development and commercial success of our high-pressure water mist fire suppression systems. In this position you will be working at SEM-SAFE Fire Safety A/S in Odense, where our mission is to protect people and property with our modern fire safety systems. Following our recent acquisition by Siemens, you can play a significant role in a company which is a global leader in advanced engineering technologies, committed to innovation and sustainability. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in aligning customer needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to drive product development.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and certifications (NFPA, FM Global, UL, EN).
• Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, sales enablement, and marketing materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of product initiatives.

Key Deliverables
You will be responsible for delivering a structured product roadmap that outlines development priorities and timelines. A comprehensive product requirements document (PRD) will guide engineering efforts, while a strong business case with financial models ensures market viability. Additionally, you will oversee compliance documentation and maintain up-to-date certification records. Your role includes crafting go-to-market strategies, developing sales training materials, and analyzing product performance through regular reporting and customer feedback integration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within fire suppression systems or industrial safety equipment.
• Strong understanding of fire suppression technologies and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with B2B industrial clients.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of high-pressure water mist technology and certification processes.
• Experience in industries such as oil & gas, energy, data centers, or marine.
• International experience or working with global teams.

This role requires a balance of office-based work and on-site collaboration with engineering teams and customers. Occasional travel may be necessary to visit clients, attend trade shows, or liaise with certification bodies.
