Technical Project Manager

About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Technical Project Manager, to join our Clearing and Global Expansion Projects team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Clearing and Global Projects.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex projects that involve multiple departments within our organization. You will work closely with tech, product, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will be pivotal in aligning project goals with business objectives, managing resources, and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

What you will be doing

• Lead and manage cross-department projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.

What we are looking for
To be the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You must possess over 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a FinTech or technology-driven environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are also crucial to succeed in this role.
As a person you anticipate challenges and take initiative to address them. You thrive in team environments and build strong relationships across departments, and you are flexible and can adjust to changing priorities and circumstances while remaining composed and focused under pressure, finding solutions to obstacles.
