With ambitious hiring targets ahead, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top talent across our Product team and other key business areas.
In this role, you'll be a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers, bringing strategic insight and a sharp hiring instinct. While you won't have direct managerial responsibilities, your expertise will shape critical hiring decisions and strengthen our talent strategy.
You'll join a dedicated Talent Acquisition team of three within our People team of eight, working together to build an outstanding workforce.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for all technical roles within our Product team
- Lead recruitment processes across various EU markets, ensuring we hire the best talent for key roles
- Act as a strategic hiring partner, advising hiring managers and challenging decisions with data and insights
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and beyond
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
Qualifications and about you
- A high-energy, proactive, and results-driven mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical roles
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills – you can track down and engage top talent
- Experience with LinkedIn recruitment tools (corporate, recruiter, job postings).
- Fluent in English or Danish (both would be a plus)
Bonus points if you
- Have experience working with our ATS system, Teamtailor
- Are familiar with personality tests - we use FirstMind
- Have previous experience in a fast-growing scale-up or SaaS environment
