We are looking for a student worker to join our Global Marketing performance team

Core Responsibilities

• Strong analytical approach.
• Strong experience using Excel.
• Experience or high interest in SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience or high interest with visualization tools – knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Experience on Google/Adobe analytics is a plus.

The Global Marketing Performance Team helps drive continuous improvement and optimization of The LEGO Group’s marketing efforts through relevant and actionable data-driven insight.

Your role within the team will to be to support across our key initiatives:

• Marketing Mix Modeling
• Campaign Effectiveness

Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further you:

• Are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Have a analytical and quantitative mindset with ability to identify critical insights from analysis and distil complex information into easy-to-understand reporting and output.
• Are able to work in agile and fast paced, multiple project environment.
• Have experience in relevant data analytics, reporting and presentation tools e.g. Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
• Have knowledge of marketing data, analytics, in-flight campaign optimization and measurement across marketing channels.
• Are comfortable working in a team setting and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Have passion for data-driven marketing and analytics with desire to understand latest trends and innovation.
• Have experience in Tableau/PowerBi/similar data visualization software.
• Have experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
