This is a great opportunity for a People Business Partner to support the shaping of the culture, accomplishments, and results of a leading technology-enabled services company in Copenhagen.
We are currently a headcount of over 650 people in Copenhagen. We are looking for someone eager to support our locations and people.
The People Business Partner cooperates closely with our Head of Location People Business Partnering who is also located in Copenhagen, the Global People & Culture Team and People Service Delivery Consultants to support managers and employees with life cycle activities and local People topics. The role supports line managers and employees in Copenhagen with strategic and operational People matters in accordance with local policies and procedures, such as recruitment, terminations, employee relations, employee engagement, rewards, wellbeing, social events, performance evaluation and management of local benefit structures.
You will be part of the People Business Partner team which is a truly global team with team members across the globe, as part of the team you will have close collaboration with EMEA, Americas and APAC People Business Partners. You will be part of coordinating and implementing global projects and policies working closely with subject matter experts in P&C.
What you will be responsible for
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Build and develop local policies and procedures to ensure that they meet legislative and internal requirements, market standards and are also communicated to employees and managers as appropriate. Maintain awareness of development and changes to local legislative regulations. Ensure that documents and templates are up to date.
- Support and be involved in disciplinary, capability and grievance cases.
- Support managers and employees on local legal topics like parental leave rights, §56 cases, hiring of interns/trainees, insurance coverage and pension.
- Be the P&C representative in our Work Environment Organisation.
Performance Management & Rewards
- Support managers with Performance Improvement Plans for their employees located in Copenhagen.
- Analyse and implement Compensation, Rewards and Benefit programmes with respect to local legislation and market standards.
Talent Management & Employee Experience (Onboarding, Wellbeing & Retention)
- Ensure up to date content on onboarding and offboarding presentations and processes to all managers and employees to ensure an excellent employee experience. Conduct onboarding sessions in the Copenhagen office.
- Conduct exit interviews with employees in scope.
- Be responsible for our Copenhagen social, health & well-being initiatives such as wellbeing weeks, jubilee party and kids Christmas party with execution support from student assistants.
- Support global mobility practices and liaise with Global Mobility team on local immigration matters.
- Be the P&C representative in our Simcorp Social group.
General People Administration
- In partnership with our People & Culture Service Delivery Consultant ensure:
- Workday records are kept updated in a timely manner.
- The necessary records are kept as per local labour law requirements (i.e. time registration, overtime, hybrid policy agreements).
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met.

- Fluent Danish and proficient English skills.
