Core Responsibilities
- Lead project tracks and initiatives supporting the strategic direction within SAP PP (BOM distribution, Routing, and production setup)
- Lead on injection mould part operational planning and responsible for orchestrating timely, in-full deliveries in internal injection mould assembly
- Steward the end-to-end ERP-foundation mentality of our processes and systems and combine this knowledge with daily Master Data operations – collaborating with IT and business partners in order to keep up best practise for operations and our end users.
- Contribute actively in Supply Chain relevant projects, hereby be a communicative figure between project teams and the Master Data team
- Monitor process performance and optimize the way we work to enable the Master Data team for execution with quality and speed.
- Manage daily operations of master data with a broad knowledge of processes.
- Driving temporary processes while building the long-term solution.

Master Data is a key part of Mould Economy & Master Data, that supports the end-to-end development and manufacture of moulds in The LEGO Group on a global scale.
Masterdata has a twofold responsibility, focusing both on daily operations and business optimization and development that can support both Mould Supply & Technology and Element & Mould Engineering (MST & EME). This role will support the daily operations and development 50/50.
We are the Masterdata interface between mould construction, and planning/manufacturing with a central role in the organization to provide the foundation for Supply Chain Planning and Mould assembly.
Data quality is our top priority. With global standards we focus on process consistency related to Master Data; all in all to keep up a high data quality as a prerequisite for stable planning processes and mould assembly.
Ultimately, Master Data governs foundational data processes that eases daily operations for all colleagues involved in planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and optimizing the moulds that will be used to produce the LEGO® bricks loved all over the world.
Do you have what it takes
- Preferably an educational background with relation to supply chain, logistics and/or quality. Educational background is secondary to the right person and experience.
- Experience with SAP, ideally withing planning and/or master data. If the experience is with S/4HANA it will be an advantage as this will be implemented in the coming years
- Experience within master data, planning, supply chain, process management, or similar
- Knowhow from a production company is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
- A great teammate with a strong focus on collaboration
- A problem solver focussing on supporting colleagues and developing efficient ways of working
- A curious approach that can see beyond constraints and is not afraid to challenge our processes.
- A global mentality enabling you to collaborate across cultures is an advantage.
- Great communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently.
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
