Lead High-Impact Initiatives in a Global Organization
For EG Construction, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to play a central role in the evolution of global transformation of processes and optimizations in the global EG Construction Business Unit .
Reporting to the SVP of the EG Construction Business Unit, you will work closely with senior leaders across R&D, Product Management, and Technology to ensure successful execution of critical projects and transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and structuring large-scale projects that enhance operational excellence, improve software development efficiency, and support their business growth. You will act as a key driver in the transformation agenda, ensuring that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Transformation: Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale transformation program, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability in EG Construction global delivery R&D setup.
- Lead Critical Development Initiatives: Support major technology shifts, new product modules, and innovation projects in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, and the CTO office.
- Support M&A Integration: Take part in Due Diligence processes as well as develop and implement structured post-merger integration plans to ensure newly acquired companies are effectively integrated into our business.
- Optimize Global Operations: Develop transition plans, track progress, and drive continuous improvements across our international development teams.
Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in program or project management within R&D, technology, or software development.
- A strong ability to drive organizational change and lead complex transformation initiatives.
- Experience in M&A integration Pre- and post-acquisition success planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- A structured and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, measure, and continuously improve processes.
- Experience working in an international environment, ideally with distributed teams.
